Measure Your Part
        Your Part is 9" X 5" X 1.5" = 67.5 cubic ins
Take your mold cubic inches

  120" cu in
Less your part cubic inches

 - 67.5cu in

This gives you

  52.5 cu in
There are approx 21 grams per cubic inch
 (453 grams per 1 lb)

Total:

  1,102.5 grams of  RTV needed
divide by grams per lb
